Refund Policy for Elohim Media House

At Elohim Media House, we take pride in delivering high-quality prints and professional services. We are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied while adhering to the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Below are the terms under which we offer refunds, repairs, or replacements for purchases or services booked with us.

Prints

  1. Damaged or Faulty Prints

    •  If you receive a print that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs, in compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

    • Please notify us of the issue within 30 days of receiving the item to be eligible for a refund or replacement. You may be required to provide evidence (e.g., photos of the damage).

  2. Non-Faulty or Custom Prints (Change of Mind) 

    • Due to the personalized nature of custom prints, refunds are not available if you change your mind or ordered incorrectly. 

    • However, we offer a review of your custom order prior to printing to ensure accuracy.

  3. Incorrect Prints (Our Error)

    • If we send you the wrong print or an incorrect order, we will take responsibility for correcting the issue, either by reprinting or issuing a full refund.

 

Booking Services

  1. Cancellations and Refunds:

    • 14 Days or More Before Service: If you cancel your booking at least 14 days before the scheduled date, you are entitled to a full refund of any payments made.

    • 7-13 Days Before Service: If you cancel within 7-13 days of the scheduled service, you will receive a 50% refund of the service fee.

    • Less Than 7 Days Before Service: Cancellations made fewer than 7 days prior to the service date will be non-refundable.

  2. Consumer Rights on Service Quality:

    • Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services must be provided with reasonable care and skill. If you believe the service provided does not meet this standard, please contact us within 30 days of the service date, and we will work with you to address the issue.

    • We may offer a partial or full refund or agree to re-perform the service if the issue is found to be valid and falls under your statutory rights.

  3. How to Request a Refund:

  • To initiate a refund or raise a concern regarding your purchase or service, please contact us via email at info@elohimmediahouse.com with the following details:

    • Your order or booking reference number

    •  A description of the issue

    •  Any supporting documentation (e.g., photos of damaged items or a description of the problem with the service)

    • We will respond to your request within 3 business days and aim to resolve your issue promptly. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days of our agreement.

Important Notes

  1. Limitation of Liability: While we strive for excellence, our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services purchased. Elohim Media House cannot be held responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

  2. Return of Goods: If a print is deemed faulty and a refund is issued, we may require you to return the product at our expense. Please do not dispose of any items until the refund or replacement has been processed.

  3. Exclusions: This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
